Especially for patients older than 35-40-year-old, a look called “Tear Through Deformity” may appear under the eye depending on fat pad on the mid face moving downwards. This deformity may cause a deep hollow and color change right under lower eyelid. This makes the face look tired.

Filler applied under the eye removes the hollow and lightens the purple color thanks to hyaluronic acid’s function to keep the water. Due to lymphatic structure of lower eyelid, it has a tendency to swelling, for this reason so much application should be avoided.
